STEP 1
How to make zucchini casserole with chicken in the oven with cheese? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. If the zucchini has a thick skin, it needs to be peeled.
STEP 2
In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and mustard. Add salt and spices. I use ground pepper and paprika as spices. Mix all ingredients.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and mix with the sour cream marinade. Leave to stand for 15 minutes.
STEP 4
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. If a lot of liquid appears from it, it must be squeezed out. We don't need extra moisture.

Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Finely chop the onion and fry with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry the onion for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
STEP 6
Add marinated chicken fillet and fried onions to the grated zucchini.
STEP 7
Break eggs and flour into a bowl.

Mix the whole mass until smooth.
STEP 9
For baking, take any non-stick pan. I use ceramic. Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with vegetable oil and lay out the entire mass. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30 minutes.

Then sprinkle the casserole with grated cheese and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
STEP 11
