Cut the zucchini with a special knife (easier) or a simple knife into thin long straws
STEP 3
fry in a frying pan without oil for a couple of minutes, adding 1-2 tbsp. water until the liquid has completely evaporated, stirring constantly.
STEP 4
Shake vinegar, black pepper, honey and oil and mix with zucchini, leave to marinate for an hour.
STEP 5
Mix the cheese with sour cream, chopped garlic and chopped nuts.
STEP 6
We lay out small cups with part of the zucchini (without marinade), then a layer of cheese and again with zucchini, press tightly and turn over onto a plate. Serve with tomatoes.

It’s really an interesting recipe, nothing superfluous, feta cheese goes very well with sour cream sauce with garlic and nuts, and pickled zucchini, along with the filling between the layers, will perfectly complement each other and be eaten completely, thank you, Tan Cha!
