Yeast milk cakes

Step-by-step preparation

Mix flour with salt

Pour butter and milk with yeast and sugar into flour

Knead the dough first with a spoon...

...and then with your hands, the dough turns out smooth, elastic and quite sticky
STEP 8

Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour
STEP 9

After an hour the dough rose well
STEP 10

Divide into 7 equal parts
STEP 11

Stretch with your hands or roll out with a rolling pin into a round cake along the diameter of our frying pan.
STEP 12

We make cuts with a knife
STEP 13

Fry in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil until golden brown.
STEP 14

Turn over and cook on the other side
STEP 15
