STEP 1

How to bake yeast-free puff pastry buns in the oven? Very simple and fast. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. For this recipe, we used store-bought yeast-free puff pastry in the form of plates. Roll-shaped dough is also suitable. If you wish, you can replace the dough with ready-made yeast dough or puff pastry dough. You can make your own homemade dough. You will find the recipes after the last step.
STEP 2

Pre-defrost the puff pastry on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator and roll it out on a floured table into a not very thin layer.
STEP 3

Sprinkle the dough evenly, first with ground cinnamon, then with sugar, not reaching the edges of the dough.
STEP 4

Roll the dough into a tight roll and cut into pieces 3-4 cm thick with a sharp knife. If your dough is in the form of two plates, like mine, then so that the buns are not very small, you can roll a second layer of dough on top of the first roll, rolled out in the same way and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.
STEP 5

Pinch the dough at one end so that the sugar does not leak out during baking.
STEP 6

On the other side, straighten the edges of the dough, giving it a rose shape.

Bake the buns in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 15 minutes until golden brown. The exact time depends on your oven. STEP 8

Place the finished sweet puff pastries from the prepared yeast-free puff pastry onto a dish and serve immediately. Bon appetit!
