Yeast buns stuffed with eggs and rice

Very tasty and filling pies with excellent filling! If your children constantly spend time outside, then of course they run in to whine “something to chew.” And, having grabbed the tasty treat, they rush on. If you don’t stock up on food for the brats, you’ll be tortured to buy. That's why you have to cook at home. The grandmother of three grandchildren, my neighbor, does not sit on benches, but raises “foundlings” who are abandoned by her beloved children. She is happy to share baking recipes; she recently delighted us in need with a recipe for egg-filled rice buns.

Easy to prepare, and most importantly, the whole family likes it. Here’s another recipe for you, dear ladies.

My buns were not round, but pie-like. While the dough was rising, I cooked rice, eggs, and prepared the filling. (in general, about an hour, because there’s no rush) My son helped me sculpt, so the buns are quite varied in shape and size :) Personally, for him, I had to make a couple of them without onions. The three of us managed to do everything in one evening, we can do it quickly))
