Whole dried duck
Very unusual, tasty, great snack. The whole dried duck recipe is very tender and tasty. The preparation is not difficult, but it takes a long time. Recommendation for drying a bird weighing 2.5 kg. in the refrigerator for about 35 days or longer. 20 days is the readiness time for a duck up to 2 kg.

STEP 1
How to dry a whole duck? Before cooking, the duck must be rinsed under running water and dried with a paper towel. Cut the breast lengthwise. Grind bay leaf and black pepper in a mortar. Mix all the spices together.
