STEP 1
How to make a cake from waffle cakes with boiled condensed milk Prepare the ingredients. I took wafer cakes with a diameter of 24 cm, there were 10 pieces in the package. Butter must be taken natural, high quality, fresh. Also take boiled condensed milk of the highest quality from natural milk. You can cook it yourself.
STEP 2
Transfer the boiled condensed milk from the cans into a deep bowl and add butter. First remove the butter from the refrigerator and give it a chance to soften. I prefer to immediately combine the condensed milk and butter in a bowl and stir with a tablespoon, breaking the butter into smaller pieces. This way the butter softens faster and there is less oil in the end. Stir the boiled condensed milk and butter until the mass is as homogeneous as possible.
STEP 3
Place some prepared cream on a flat dish and place the first cake layer on top. The presence of cream between the cake and the dish will make the layering process easier. The cakes will not slide on the dishes. Apply the cream in an even layer so that it fills all the indentations in the waffle layers. This is very convenient to do with a silicone spatula.
STEP 4
For the top, leave a little more cream than for the layers so that the top of the cake is appetizing. Also apply a little cream to the edges of the cake. To soak the cake, place it in the refrigerator overnight.
STEP 5
Decorate the finished cake made from waffle cakes with boiled condensed milk to your taste. Since such a cake turns out to be very rich and sweet, it would be very appropriate to add fresh berries.
