Error in the text: not vegetarian, but vegetarian! And vegetable broth - more precisely, what kind? Bad recipe, little is clear. We fried vegetables and potatoes, poached cucumbers, cooked vegetable broth separately, cooked rice separately, threw fried potatoes into the vegetable broth, then rice, vegetables.... It takes 4 burners to cook everything.
