It turned out to be a juicy, spicy turkey! I made it with rice, then added it to shawarma - the taste is incredible. Instead of kefir, I took cream, added all my favorite spices - curry, cumin, basil, peppers, coriander, I think that this marinade can be used both as a sauce and as a marinade for other dishes - its aroma is simply mind-blowing!
