Tomato jam with lemons
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Tomatoes of any variety are suitable, as long as they are meaty.

Squeeze lemon juice into a cup. Chop the zest very finely.

Pour the zest crumbs into the drained juice.

When the jam is ready, put it in sterilized jars, roll up the lid and place on the lid under a blanket until it cools completely.
