Tomato carpaccio salad

A vegetable version of an Italian traditional meat dish! If earlier the word “carpaccio” meant a traditional Italian dish made from raw meat cut into thin slices, today this term refers to any food cut into the same thin slices or slices. As a rule, this is an appetizer for main courses, and not a separate dish. This culinary recipe suggests preparing a delicious and simple carpaccio from tomatoes and herbs. Of course, what I prepared can be called carpaccio only if you use your best imagination. But the salad turned out to be not bad at all. These are zucchini cut into three millimeters, salted and sprinkled with lemon juice. Then put them in the microwave for a minute. And tomatoes with pepper and dill. And a little olive oil through a spray. It's simple.
