STEP 1
Defrost the shrimp and start cleaning. The first method is using scissors. Using scissors, we go deep into the shrimp and cut the shell. We clean and remove the esophagus. The second method is using a sharp knife. We cut the shrimp lengthwise, but not all the way, leaving the tail, and also remove the esophagus.
STEP 2
Then cut the remaining shrimp, leaving the tails and rinse under cold water.
STEP 3
Heat a frying pan and pour in vegetable oil. We lay out our shrimps and fry them. Add butter. Salt and pepper.
STEP 4
