Today I made bread according to the recipe for thin focaccia bread with onions, tomatoes and rosemary. I replaced the ingredients that I didn't have with others. Rosemary for Italian herbs, olive oil for vegetable oil. When the dough had risen, I placed it on a baking sheet and spread it over the entire surface with my hands. The result was a thin layer. She made holes in it with her fingers, carefully greased it with vegetable oil, laid out tomatoes, onions, and sprinkled with Italian herbs. I baked the bread in the oven at 220°. I took it out of the oven when the focaccia was browned. It turned out very tasty! The bread is fragrant, covered with a crispy crust. Together with Italian herbs and vegetables - very appetizing. I recommend everyone to try it! Thank you very much for the recipe!

Irisha, I’ve never made this bread myself, but now it’s much easier to do with this recipe, thank you! I'll cook it one of these days.

Good afternoon Irisha, try adding a little mashed potatoes to the dough or bran or cornmeal for a change. Try adding rosemary to the dough for a richer aroma. And if there’s blue cheese on top, mm... uneaten.
