Tender salad with crab sticks

STEP 1
How to make Tender Salad with crab sticks? Prepare your food. Boil the potatoes until tender in their skins, then cool (I have small potatoes, so I take four). Boil the eggs until tender and leave to cool in cold water. Rinse the dill and dry. I use hard cheese, you can use whatever you have at home. Instead of crab sticks, you can take crab meat and take it out to defrost at room temperature. Prepare the dishes for the salad.
STEP 2
Peel the cooled boiled potatoes in their jackets and grate them on a coarse grater. Place the grated potatoes on the bottom of the salad bowl and coat with mayonnaise.
STEP 3
Peel the boiled eggs, cooled in cold water, and grate on a coarse grater. You don’t have to grate the eggs, just chop them finely. Place the crushed eggs in a second layer in a salad bowl, and also coat this layer with a small amount of mayonnaise.
STEP 4
Crab sticks, if frozen, then defrost. Remove them from the packaging and remove the film. Cut the crab sticks into small cubes. Place chopped crab sticks in a salad bowl on top of the egg layer.
STEP 5
The selected cheese - it can be hard cheese, or semi-hard, but with a weakly expressed taste - remove from the package and grate on a coarse grater. Place the cheese on top of the layer with crab sticks and generously coat this layer with mayonnaise.
STEP 6
Finely chop fresh dill (washed and dried). If the salad was laid out in a common salad bowl, then you can sprinkle the entire salad with chopped herbs or decorate it by making a ring of greens on top of the salad.
STEP 7
Place the prepared salad in the refrigerator for a while so that it cools and all layers are soaked. Serve the salad chilled as an independent dish or as one of the salads on the holiday menu.
