  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make tartlets with curd cheese and red fish? Prepare your food. Take ready-made tartlets, but if you want, you can bake them yourself. My fish is already chopped. Curd cheese without additives. In my opinion, dill is best suited for greens.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash the greens thoroughly under running cool water, then dry with a paper towel. Finely chop.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

If you have a whole piece of fish, cut it into thin slices. We will need 50 grams. Cut the plates into strips, then chop into small cubes - the smaller, the tastier it will be.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place the curd cheese in a bowl, add chopped dill and chopped fish. Mix thoroughly. If you see that the mass is very thick, then add a little heavy cream, otherwise it will be difficult to work with.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Transfer the curd mixture into a pastry bag.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Use a pastry bag to pipe the curd cheese into the tartlet. This can be done just with a spoon, but the bag will turn out prettier. Fill all the tartlets this way.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Cut the remaining fish into long thin strips. Roll each strip into a spiral - this will be a rose decoration. Place a fish rosette in the center of each tartlet.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Use a parsley leaf or a sprig of dill to make a leaf for each rose. The snack is ready! Serve it immediately, otherwise the tartlets will get soggy. Bon appetit!

I've had my eye on this recipe for a long time. I thought, if I’m going to welcome guests someday, I’ll make these tartlets with curd cheese and red fish. And then it somehow happened that there was red fish and cottage cheese at home. I decided that I shouldn’t miss this opportunity, and that I don’t have to wait for guests, I could have a mini-celebration for my family. These tartlets are very easy and quick to prepare. I didn’t have a very large jar of cream cheese, so there was only enough for seven tartlets. As for fish, I had cold smoked sockeye salmon. Instead of greens, I added cucumber. I cut it into circles and then into quarters. From the resulting pieces I made a “fence” around the fish “rose.” All family members liked these tartlets. The taste of curd cheese goes well with the taste of red fish. The cucumber gave the tartlets a fresh taste. katushafin, thank you very much for the recipe!

Interesting recipe. And if you take ready-made tartlets, it will be quite simple. Thanks for the recipe!
