Sweet pickled peppers without sterilization

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

We sterilize jars.
STEP 2

Wash the pepper very well.
STEP 3

We clean and cut into quarters or pieces, as you like.
STEP 4

Preparing the marinade: Pour vegetable oil into a basin or pan, add sugar, salt and vinegar 9%. DO NOT ADD WATER! /Pepper releases a lot of it when cooked and there is no need to add additionally/.* I don’t like very salty and spicy things, for those who do, add salt and spices to taste now.
STEP 5

Cook the pepper in the marinade in small portions / 100 - 150 g / 5-7 minutes. We cooked one portion - put it in a sterilized jar and covered it with a lid.
STEP 6

And so on until all the jars are filled. / I got 7 pieces of 0.5 l each. / We fill the jars by compacting the peppers tightly.
STEP 7

Then pour the marinade into jars and roll up the lids.
STEP 8

Roll it over the table / for better distribution of the marinade / and turn it upside down and cover it with a “fur coat”. Leave until completely cooled and take to a cool place for storage.
