Simple, quick and tasty, one of the options for stuffed eggs. My husband is reluctant to eat fish in any form, but since he loves boiled eggs, the idea arose to combine these two products

Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 10 mins
STEP 1
Cook the eggs. We clean the sprat from the intestines, head, ridge and upper fin (the sprat is easy to clean)
STEP 2
We peel the eggs from the shell, cut them in half and carefully remove the yolk (without damaging the white)
STEP 3
Cut sprat fillet into squares
STEP 4
And add to the yolks
STEP 5
Add mayonnaise, herbs and spices. Mix. Grind the yolks until smooth.
STEP 6
For those who have a blender, mixer and other kitchen appliances, it’s easier; the taste of the filling will be even richer.
STEP 7
