  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

We prepare the ingredients according to the list and follow the step-by-step recipe with photos on how to bake stuffed champignons in the oven. To begin, wash the mushrooms and carefully break off the stems.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel and chop the onion. Finely chop the sausage. Separately, finely chop the ham. Mix the sausage with half the onion.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Salt and pepper to taste, taking into account that the sausage already contains salt and seasonings.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

We do the same with the ham - mix it with the remaining onion, salt and pepper, but only without fanaticism. We get two types of filling.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Fill the champignons with the filling. It turns out half of the champignons with half-smoked sausage, and half with ham.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the champignons caps down.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Peel the garlic and grind it with a few tablespoons of vegetable oil.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Pour the garlic filling onto the sausage and ham using a teaspoon. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Next, move the baking sheet to the very bottom of the oven and reduce the temperature to 150 degrees.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

After 15 minutes, sprinkle the champignons with chopped herbs and keep in the oven for another 2 minutes. The dish is ready!

My husband brought home good, large champignons, so easy to bake. On the website I immediately found a recipe for stuffed champignons baked in the oven. I removed the stems from the mushrooms and cleaned the film from the caps. I only had ham, so I made one type of filling. I cut the ham into cubes, added aromatic fresh garlic and pepper. I didn't add salt because the ham was salty. I replaced the onions with green onions, they also add some spice and smell nice. To make it more juicy, I added a teaspoon of sour cream. I thought it would be nice to add a cheese cap to this dish, but that’s just my taste. I baked stuffed champignons for half an hour at 180°C. They turned out tasty and juicy! Fragrant mushrooms and hearty ham go together perfectly!

It’s a cool idea to create such a cookbook, now you don’t have to waste time copying it into a notebook. And there are many interesting recipes that I have never seen before. I baked champignons, but the filling wasn’t that interesting, which is why the taste was lost, I’ll try it again. A great alternative to paper cookbooks!

I added grated cheese on top, for some reason I wanted some cheese notes in this flavor bouquet. Otherwise, everything is as in the recipe. An excellent and original appetizer for any table!
