    Wash the mushrooms thoroughly. Remove the stems from the caps and chop them finely. Also finely chop the onion. Mix chopped champignons with onions and fry in a frying pan until tender. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Stuff the mushrooms with the prepared minced meat and sprinkle with grated cheese.
