STEP 1

How to make strawberry yogurt? Prepare your food. Take drinking yogurt, which will be used for fermentation, natural, without additives. It should be at room temperature, remove it from the refrigerator in advance. My milk is ultra-pasteurized, I don’t boil it. If you have fresh milk, boil it and cool it to room temperature.
STEP 2

Pour the prepared milk, yogurt into the multicooker bowl and add one spoon of sugar. Mix everything carefully. Place the bowl in the multicooker and close the lid. Close the multicooker and set the appropriate mode. If your multicooker has a “Yogurt” function, then simply install it, the time is about 8 hours (focus on the features of your multicooker). If there is no such mode, turn on the “Heating” mode for the same time.
STEP 3

After 8 hours you will have a thick, excellent yogurt.
STEP 4

Prepare strawberry sauce. How to make sauce? Wash and dry fresh strawberries. Cut it into pieces into a tall glass, add sugar and blend with an immersion blender.
STEP 5

You should get a thick, homogeneous mass. If you wish, you can make the sauce with pieces of strawberries; to do this, do not punch them all the way through.
STEP 6

You can mix this sauce and yogurt in one glass - and a delicious treat is ready. I layered it - a layer of sauce, a layer of yogurt - and so on until the very top. It turns out not only tasty, but also very beautiful.
STEP 7

Just don’t mix the sauce and yogurt “for future use,” so to speak. It's always better to make a fresh batch. Because berry sauce can ferment in milk yoghurt, since it does not undergo any heat treatment. Always enjoy fresh yoghurt. It is not only tasty, but also very healthy.
