  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make strawberry yogurt? Prepare your food. Take drinking yogurt, which will be used for fermentation, natural, without additives. It should be at room temperature, remove it from the refrigerator in advance. My milk is ultra-pasteurized, I don’t boil it. If you have fresh milk, boil it and cool it to room temperature.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Pour the prepared milk, yogurt into the multicooker bowl and add one spoon of sugar. Mix everything carefully. Place the bowl in the multicooker and close the lid. Close the multicooker and set the appropriate mode. If your multicooker has a “Yogurt” function, then simply install it, the time is about 8 hours (focus on the features of your multicooker). If there is no such mode, turn on the “Heating” mode for the same time.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

After 8 hours you will have a thick, excellent yogurt.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Prepare strawberry sauce. How to make sauce? Wash and dry fresh strawberries. Cut it into pieces into a tall glass, add sugar and blend with an immersion blender.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

You should get a thick, homogeneous mass. If you wish, you can make the sauce with pieces of strawberries; to do this, do not punch them all the way through.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

You can mix this sauce and yogurt in one glass - and a delicious treat is ready. I layered it - a layer of sauce, a layer of yogurt - and so on until the very top. It turns out not only tasty, but also very beautiful.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Just don’t mix the sauce and yogurt “for future use,” so to speak. It's always better to make a fresh batch. Because berry sauce can ferment in milk yoghurt, since it does not undergo any heat treatment. Always enjoy fresh yoghurt. It is not only tasty, but also very healthy.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

    Bon appetit!

I make homemade yogurt all the time. It was interesting to try it with strawberry puree. My yogurt turned out to be thicker in consistency than strawberries with sugar, so it “sank” a little in the sweet sauce) The fermented milk product itself turned out to be very tender and tasty, this is especially noticeable on the daily product. I picked the strawberries fresh from the garden; autumn ones are especially aromatic and tasty, and they are also not as watery as in summer. In tandem, these two products go well together. Sugar added to strawberry puree also plays an important role; the taste becomes brighter and richer. For lovers of homemade fermented milk, it’s not at all difficult to prepare a fresh portion of this delicious treat) The dessert looks beautiful and bright! The taste is very delicate, sweet. The aroma of strawberries beckons you to try this deliciousness) My daughter especially liked it. And my husband is delighted, he always eats yogurt with jam for breakfast, and I offered him this option) Thanks for the recipe!

Angel, wonderful dessert! Strawberries are generally my weakness, but in combination with milk it’s a fairy tale. The dessert looks beautiful in layers in a glass, but why can’t it be stirred? Maybe you can still mix it a little while eating? Thank you very much for the recipe!

Olchik, a wonderful dessert in a glass :) I also often cook this, although I’m too lazy to puree the berries, I always add them whole, and for satiety and extra benefit I add homemade granola, it turns out to be a complete snack)))

I love making yoghurt, but for some reason I haven’t tried it with strawberries. Needs to be fixed urgently! Thanks for the idea!
