To begin with, I beat the strawberries and sugar a little with an immersion blender, but so that there were pieces left. And then she brought this mixture to a boil. I followed all the grams according to the recipe. The dessert froze in the refrigerator for an hour and a half. The jelly turned out to be of medium strength, not rubbery. Very pleasant, similar to a soufflé with bubbles and strawberry pieces. The sugar is also just right, the strawberries are still sour, so the balance is perfect) The jelly is tasty, bright, tender and pleasantly refreshing. And how many vitamins!
