STEP 1

How to make strawberry jelly with gelatin? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can increase or decrease the amount of sugar according to your taste.

Soak the gelatin in 50 ml of cold water and leave to swell for 10-20 minutes.
STEP 3

Wash the strawberries, dry them, remove the stems. Cut most of the berries into 4 parts. Leave the rest of the strawberries whole. Ripe fresh or frozen strawberries are suitable for jelly. You can replace or supplement it with other fruits and berries.
STEP 4

Boil the remaining 300 ml of water in a saucepan, add sugar and stir. Next add whole strawberries. Boil everything together for 1 minute. Instead of sugar, you can use a sweetener that is not afraid of heat treatment.
STEP 5

Remove the saucepan from the heat, cover with a lid and leave for 10 minutes. The drink will become more saturated in color.
STEP 6

Strain the hot drink through a sieve. Boiled berries will no longer be needed. Add swollen gelatin to the strawberry compote and stir until it is completely dissolved. Leave the mixture to cool at room temperature.
STEP 7

Place the sliced strawberries among the bowls. Pour strawberry compote on top. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until completely frozen.
STEP 8

Before serving, garnish the dessert with whipped cream, fresh strawberries and mint. Bon appetit!
