Store-bought garlic mayonnaise is an excellent and simple sauce
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
We take products according to the list.
STEP 2
Place the eggs in a saucepan with boiling and lightly salted water and cook them after boiling for 8-10 minutes until hard-boiled. Place the finished eggs in a bowl of cold water and let them cool completely. Then we clean and separate the whites from the yolks - we will use them separately. Let's take care of the yolks first. To do this, put them in a small plate, add salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 3
Grind thoroughly with a fork. For greater homogeneity, you can rub the mass through a fine sieve.
STEP 4
Add mayonnaise to the yolks and beat everything well.
STEP 5
Next, grate the whites on a fine grater.
STEP 6
Mix them with previously peeled and pressed garlic (you can just chop it finely, then it will be in the sauce in the form of grains).
STEP 7
Now add the yolk mass and mix everything thoroughly. Sometimes I add butter from some canned food or sprats here - then the sauce has a different taste. Bon appetit!
