Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr
STEP 1
Cut fresh veal into slices, add salt, pepper, soy sauce, and onion. Marinate for 30 minutes.
STEP 2
Heat the frying pan and fry our meat until golden brown.
STEP 3
Pour into a saucepan, add a little water and simmer over low heat.
STEP 4
Pour 1 teaspoon of flour into a glass of warm boiled water, stir well, leaving no lumps.
STEP 5
Add to our meat. Simmer over very low heat for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
STEP 6
After cooking, garnish with herbs to taste. Bon appetit!
