    Cut fresh veal into slices, add salt, pepper, soy sauce, and onion. Marinate for 30 minutes.

    Heat the frying pan and fry our meat until golden brown.

    Pour into a saucepan, add a little water and simmer over low heat.

    Pour 1 teaspoon of flour into a glass of warm boiled water, stir well, leaving no lumps.
