Star Patrick Cake

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Knead the biscuit dough. Bake a sponge cake. Let it cool.
STEP 2
Print and cut out Patrick's stencil.
STEP 3
Using the stencil, cut out two cake layers from the sponge cake.
STEP 4
Whip the cream. Spread it between the cakes.
STEP 5
Spread cream on top of the entire cake.
STEP 6
Mix and knead the pink fondant.
STEP 7
Roll out the fondant into a thin pancake large enough to cover the cake.
STEP 8
Cover the cake and smooth out the mastic well.
STEP 9
Trim off the excess at the base with a knife.
STEP 10
The cake is covered, time to work on the details.
STEP 11
Make stencils of the shorts, mouth and eyes.
STEP 12
Using them, cut out parts from mastic. First, shorts made from green mastic.
STEP 13
Glue the shorts onto the cream or water.
STEP 14
Same on the sides.
STEP 15
Using a mold or stencil, cut out flowers from purple fondant.
STEP 16
You can cut out more flowers than are needed for the shorts to decorate the tray with them.
STEP 17
Decorate your shorts with flowers.
STEP 18
Cut out and glue Patrick's mouth out of pink fondant, outline it with melted or liquid chocolate from a tube.
STEP 19
Cut out the eyes from white fondant and paint them with chocolate.
STEP 20
Add the finishing touch to the tray with flowers and serve the Star Patrick cake to the table! Make the kids happy, enjoy yourself. Enjoy your tea!
