STEP 1
How to bake stuffed squid with rice in the oven? Let's prepare the products. It is better to take short-grain, unparboiled rice. Check the amount of eggs and rice according to the size of the squid, I got small ones, but the filling was left over. Pre-freeze the squids in natural conditions.
STEP 2
You need to remove the top film from the squid. A very easy way to do this is to put them in boiling water for a minute. The skin will curl up from this, all that remains is to rinse them under water.

It is also necessary to remove the plates and entrails.
STEP 4
Wash the rice and boil in slightly salted water until tender. Place it in a colander and rinse with cold water. Let cool.
STEP 5
Wash the greens well, dry and chop.
STEP 6
Boil three eggs, cool, peel and finely chop.
STEP 7
For the filling, mix rice, boiled eggs, herbs, beat in the remaining raw egg, salt and add spices. If you salted rice, add very little salt. Mix well.

Stuff the squids with rice. This must be done carefully so as not to tear the thin skin of the mollusk.

Place the stuffed squid in a baking dish. Pour in a little water, just so that there is a thin layer at the bottom. Spread sour cream on top.
