  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to cook spaghetti in a slow cooker? Prepare your food. You will need a very small set - in addition to pasta, take any greens you like or have on hand and garlic. I have parsley and dill, basil would be great. You can reduce the amount of garlic depending on your taste.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

First of all, prepare the sauce. How to make sauce? Wash the greens under running water, dry well with paper towels and finely chop.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Peel and chop the garlic in any way - with a knife or through a press.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

In the multicooker, select a mode suitable for frying (Frying, Baking or Stewing), add olive oil. Instead of olive oil, you can use any vegetable suitable for frying. Add garlic and herbs. Fry them for 5 minutes, stirring, with the lid open. Salt the sauce to taste.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Transfer the sauce to a separate container.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Pour water into the multicooker bowl. Bring it to a boil in a suitable mode (Pasta, Boil, Steam). Add salt, add spaghetti. Cook with the lid closed for 5-6 minutes. Then drain the water, drain the spaghetti in a colander and place it back into the bowl. Add the sauce and heat the pasta with it, stirring, for another 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately. Bon appetit!

This was my first time cooking spaghetti in a slow cooker. A very interesting recipe with a very tasty result. With herb and garlic sauce, spaghetti is especially tasty and aromatic. It turned out al dente. The spaghetti was a little sticky, but that was probably because I have a small slow cooker and 300 grams of spaghetti was probably too much for it. Otherwise, the spaghetti in the slow cooker with herbs and garlic sauce turned out wonderful. Maria, thank you very much for the recipe!

I am not a fan of pasta or rice “by the tooth” or, as we are all used to saying, al dente, so I cooked the spaghetti a little longer. I liked the herb and garlic sauce. It was difficult to photograph the finished dish, there was steam coming out of the multicooker, but believe me, it was quick and tasty. Thanks for the recipe, Maria.

I don’t understand what all the “hooray” is about this recipe. This is the kind of dish that falls on the chef's head. Disgusting! Don't cook!

I cook spaghetti and pasta in general in a slow cooker on the “Buckwheat” mode, it’s very tasty. I'll try this sauce for them. The pasta should be slightly undercooked. The Italians call this “al dente”.
