My husband asked me to prepare gravy for the cutlets, so I made it according to the recipe - sour cream gravy with vegetables. The ingredients included bell pepper, which my husband loves. From vegetables I also took tomatoes, onions and garlic (I did not add green onions and parsley). After frying and stewing the vegetables a little, I added 15% fat sour cream and hot water to them. After mixing everything, I kept the frying pan on the fire for several minutes. Then I put the gravy in a deep plate and sprinkled ground black pepper on top. The gravy turned out aromatic and tasty, it went well with the cutlets and spaghetti that I cooked as a side dish. When adding water during cooking, make sure that the gravy does not become too thick. The spaghetti with it came out juicy and delicious. Thank you very much for the recipe!
