Sour cream banana dessert

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

It is better to take fatty sour cream for the cream - 30% fat, then the cream will turn out thicker and fluffier. I recommend grinding the sugar into powdered sugar - this way you don’t have to wait for the sugar to dissolve and the cream will come out as fluffy as possible. I used a blender to grind the sugar, but a coffee grinder will do the job - it will do the job faster. Mix sour cream and powdered sugar in a deep container.
STEP 2

Beat the sour cream mixture with a mixer for 3 minutes at low speed. Let's put it in the refrigerator for a while, and for now let's take care of the bananas.
STEP 3

Peel the bananas and cut into large pieces.
STEP 4

Place the bananas in a blender bowl.
STEP 5

Grind them into a paste for 10 seconds. You can grind it not very finely if you want the banana pieces to be felt in the cream.
STEP 6

Add the banana mixture to the sour cream. For additional taste and aroma, you can add vanillin.
STEP 7

Beat everything again with a mixer. The cream is ready. This is one of the simplest and fastest cream desserts!
