Soup with sausages and cabbage

A delicious soup for the whole family is prepared very quickly and easily. If you don’t know what to feed your child, you can make this delicious soup with sausages. I used boiled milk sausages, but you can replace them with any others that the child prefers most, for example, raw smoked ones. You can also replace sausages with sausages.

Great soup! I was also interested in this version of the dish with sausages. There's already some variety.

It happened that I did not add carrots or onions to the soup due to their absence, but in such a way as to do it purposefully, as in the recipe for soup with sausages and cabbage, this is the first time. Therefore, the soup is not just quick, but lightning fast! I cooked the soup without garlic, and instead of tomato paste, I grated fresh tomatoes. I didn’t fry the sausages; I boiled them separately; however, I also added vegetable oil to the soup. I also chopped up a small bell pepper for flavor. Served with sour cream. How wonderful this soup turned out - my husband said that it looked like borscht, it reminded me of solyanka (from the smoky taste of the sausages), and the children silently understood and asked for more (which happens extremely rarely). Wonderful recipe! It will come in handy when you don’t have time or some products, as well as in camping conditions. Thank you!
