Soup with ribs in a slow cooker
A very hearty and tasty pork ribs soup. I really enjoyed the soup and the slow cooker made it easy to prepare.
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 2 hr
STEP 1
products that we will need to prepare rib soup in a slow cooker.
STEP 2
Peel and grate the carrots, finely chop the onion, place in a multicooker bowl, turn on the “Fry” mode and fry for 5-8 minutes in vegetable oil.
STEP 3
Cut the potatoes into cubes, place them in a multicooker bowl, divide the ribs into pieces and place them on top of the potatoes. Add bay leaf, salt.
STEP 4
Pour water, set to cook in the “Stew” mode for 1.5 hours.
STEP 5
10 minutes before the end of cooking, add tomatoes cut into small pieces into the soup, first remove the skin from them.
STEP 6
If desired, you can add greens, the soup is ready, Bon appetit!

I decided to make soup for lunch based on the recipe for slow cooker rib soup. It is made very simply and practically does not require active participation in preparation. I had a frozen pork bone with a small amount of meat, and I cooked soup on it. Instead of tomatoes, I added a tablespoon of tomato paste to the soup. Despite the simple composition, the soup turned out to be very rich and tasty. In 1.5 hours of stewing, the potatoes were cooked perfectly, they turned out soft, but at the same time they were not overcooked and remained in whole pieces. Thank you very much for the recipe! The soup turned out very appetizing.
