Soufflé made from cream and gelatin with strawberries

Airy creamy dessert with aromatic strawberries. Strawberries are ripe at our dacha. And although there is very little of it, this amount was enough to create a wonderful, refreshing dessert. In addition to strawberries, you can use any berries here. It will be very tasty with cherries and cherries, as well as with gooseberries and melons.

I always want to add the first berries from the garden to some kind of jelly dessert, this is already a tradition) From all the variety of recipes, I chose a soufflé made from cream and gelatin with strawberries. This dessert is very easy to prepare and comes out quite quickly. Especially if you soak the gelatin in advance) The berries were large, so I cut them into pieces. From the photo steps everything is clear, there were no difficulties with preparation. From the specified amount of products I got two large bowls. The soufflé turned out airy, everything was permeated with air bubbles. There is just enough gelatin in the composition to ensure that the dessert does not turn into a dense jelly, but remains creamy. In combination with fresh fragrant berries it’s simply gorgeous! Thanks for the recipe!
