Simple sandwiches with red fish for breakfast
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Let's prepare the ingredients for sandwiches with red fish. The usual sandwiches with sausage and cheese will no longer surprise anyone; they are probably present on the table in every family every day. But sandwiches with butter and red fish are often prepared for the holiday table, but sometimes you can treat yourself and make them for breakfast.
STEP 2

We use any red smoked fish; it will be delicious with both hot and cold smoked fish, but in the second case the fish is healthier. However, it's a matter of taste. You can also choose the type of fish at your discretion and desire. Cut the smoked fish carcass into pieces and remove the skin.
STEP 3

Cut the loaf into pieces no more than one centimeter thick. We will not fry them, so as not to drown out the taste of smoked fish with the taste of fried fish. Spread each piece of cooked bread with a thin layer of butter. It is also better to use natural butter; do not replace it with spread or other dietary product. The natural creamy taste harmonizes perfectly with the taste of smoked fish.
STEP 4

Place the fish flesh on bread and butter.
STEP 5

If someone doesn’t like the specific taste of fish, then you can put a thinly sliced piece of lemon on each sandwich, or you can serve lemon cut into pieces along with the sandwiches on a plate. You can also garnish with a small sprig of parsley. The sandwiches are ready. We serve them to the table for breakfast. Bon appetit!
