STEP 1

Let's prepare the ingredients for the cake. For such a delicacy, it is better to use shortbread cookies such as “tea”, “for coffee”, “anniversary”. If you wish, instead of shortbread, you can make cakes from crackers or hard cookies, you will get a different taste. We break the shortbread cookies into large pieces with our hands, put them in a bag, roll them over the bag with cookies several times with a rolling pin so that they are crushed into large crumbs, pour the crumbs into a deep bowl.
STEP 2

Making cream for the cake. Condensed milk can be boiled, then the cream will taste with caramel notes, or you can use regular condensed milk. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance so that it is at room temperature and place it in a deep bowl.
STEP 3

Pour condensed milk into a bowl with butter, add vanillin and cocoa. If you wish, you don’t have to add cocoa, if you don’t like the chocolate taste, then the cream will just be creamy.
STEP 4

Beat with a mixer or blender until a thick cream of uniform consistency is obtained.
STEP 5

Pour the cream over the shortbread crumbs in a bowl, mix thoroughly so that all the crumbs are covered with cream and do not remain dry.
STEP 6

Using a tablespoon or clean spoons, place the shortbread cake with cream onto a flat plate in a heap. The cake is ready. You need to let it cool well and soak in the refrigerator, leaving it for a couple of hours. If desired, the cake can be decorated with fresh berries or grated chocolate, but the cake is so tasty that it does not require any other flavoring additives.
