Sea salmon appetizer

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Boil the quail eggs until hard-boiled, then cool them in cold water and peel them. We cut the cheese into slices 1 centimeter thick, and squeeze out “flowers” from the slices using a shaped mold of a suitable diameter.
STEP 2

Wash the cucumbers and cut them into slices the same thickness as the cheese. We cut out flowers from them using the same mold. Thus, we get two types of flowers - cheese and cucumber.
STEP 3

Place the cheese and cucumber flowers on a large flat plate and place the cream cheese on top.
STEP 4

Place red caviar around the cheese.
STEP 5

We cut the salmon into long and thin slices.
STEP 6

Wrap each egg with a piece of salmon.
STEP 7

We place them in the center of the “flowers”.
STEP 8

We decorate each canape with fresh dill and caviar. This is the kind of edible and appetizing design we get. This appetizer of quail eggs will decorate the holiday table and make it as varied as possible.
