Let's start cooking. First, break a couple of eggs into a deep bowl. Pour in milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Mix all this thoroughly and beat with a whisk at the same time.
STEP 4

Place the pan on medium heat. When it warms up, add a piece of butter. We wait until the butter melts and foams. Then pour the egg mixture into the pan.
STEP 5

And immediately start stirring with a spatula. You will see that the eggs begin to set instantly. I usually remove the scrambled eggs from the stove almost immediately, while they are still very loose and juicy, but you can fry them a little more. The scrambled eggs are ready. You can serve it on a piece of toast or with a light salad. Bon appetit!
