Original, unusual, appetizing, satisfying and tasty - and that’s all about the recipe: savory pancake cake! And it’s not difficult to prepare. I just replaced some ingredients: I replaced the sausage cheese with processed cheese, and the mayonnaise with sour cream. I kneaded the dough and baked pancakes. For one filling, I mashed the sprats with a fork, added melted cheese, sour cream, and stirred. For the other, I boiled eggs, cooled and grated them on a fine grater, added chopped garlic, a little salt, sour cream and stirred. I stacked the pancakes, brushing them alternately with two fillings and assembled the cake. I left it in the refrigerator for 1 hour to soak.
