STEP 1

How to bake sausages in the oven with potatoes and cheese? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can replace sausages with sausages. In addition to the specified spices, you can add your own to taste. You can also add other vegetables, for example, carrots, bell peppers, onions, etc.
STEP 2

Peel the sausages from the factory film and cut into circles. If the sausages are in a natural casing, there is no need to peel them. You can use any sausages, but keep in mind that they can greatly affect the final taste of the dish. For example, if you take sausages with a pronounced smoked taste, then the whole dish will also have a slight smoked taste. If you want a neutral taste, use regular sausages: poultry, pork or beef.
STEP 3

Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes.
STEP 4

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft, like mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.
STEP 5

In a bowl, combine potatoes, sausages and grated cheese and stir.
STEP 6

Now prepare the filling. You can replace the milk with cream of any fat content to your taste. Any broth will do: vegetable, meat or chicken. I use vegetable broth.
STEP 7

Mix milk, broth, pressed garlic, suneli hops, salt and ground pepper.
STEP 8

Place a mixture of potatoes, sausages and cheese in a baking dish. Pour the aromatic milk mixture on top. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 190°C for about 1 hour or longer until cooked and golden brown on the surface. If the potatoes are not ready yet, but the dish is already browned, cover the pan with foil.
STEP 9

Sprinkle the finished sausages with potatoes and cheese with chopped herbs and serve. Bon appetit!
