In addition to sausage, ham is also great. When cutting, to make a flower, you just need to slightly turn the petals to the side. Puff pastry is, of course, a pleasure to work with. An excellent recipe, every housewife should have a note. These nutritious baked goods are very simple but look beautiful.

Super!!!! I’ve made so many different pretzels from puff pastry, but this is the first time I’ve seen this option!!! Great idea! Fast, I'm sure it's delicious!!! From the category of “guests at the doorstep, what to cook?”

I love puff pastry - I always have a couple of packages in the freezer. Indeed, you can make any kind of pretzel out of it! I’ll post another recipe soon, sweet (with chocolate).

If you just turn it to the side, without pinching it, there will be no flower. Puff pastry can take on weird shapes when baking, so it’s best to pinch it together. I would also like to see some recipe from you with photos!

Yummy!!! Wonderful recipe! It’s just that I didn’t have the same attractiveness as in the author’s photo. I twisted and turned these “flowers”, they just didn’t want to turn into a masterpiece. I simply pinched each “petal” of dough around a piece of sausage and popped it into the oven. And from the leftover dough I made bagels with cheese. It wasn't enough. IrenDV, THANK YOU so much for another great recipe!!!
