The sauce was delicious. Goes great with fish cutlets and battered fish. I didn't add salt to the sauce, because... There is enough salt in mayonnaise and cucumbers in my opinion. Sugar and lemon juice perfectly complement the taste of this sauce. For greater homogeneity, I beat half the mass with a blender. I took special spices for fish. The sauce is prepared very quickly and easily. The taste is interesting, with a variety of shades. I recommend it with any fish.
