We highly recommend it, we love it! Our friend also makes this salad with oyster mushrooms. He takes salted oyster mushrooms, then soaks them and marinates them in a fish marinade. It also turns out very tasty, but for some reason I respect milk mushrooms more :) Sometimes we make this salad not with soy mayonnaise, but with lean “Laska” mayonnaise sauce, but with soy it turns out more interesting, it has a different taste.

Well, thanks for the recipe!) I was at a friend’s birthday party, and there was just this salad, and I thought it was an ordinary herring under a fur coat. Basically, at first glance it seems like I tried it and liked it, considering the fact that I can’t stand mushrooms. And she asked where she got the recipe and said it was from here.
