Salad with tomatoes, corn, fried chicken and sour cream

STEP 1

How to make a salad with tomatoes, corn, fried chicken and sour cream? Marinate chicken meat in a mixture of mustard and sour cream. Add some salt and spices. Cover the bowl with a lid or cling film and leave for 30 minutes to marinate the meat. During this time, the meat will be soaked and when fried it will be soft and juicy.
STEP 2

Also pre-prepare the onion. Peel it and rinse in cold water. Cut into thin half rings. Marinate it in a mixture of vinegar and water. Also leave it to stand for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 3

Cut the marinated meat into pieces.
STEP 4

Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the meat until golden brown. Then reduce the heat and bring the meat until cooked, continuing to fry it for another 5-10 minutes.
STEP 5

Place the finished meat on a napkin to remove excess fat. Cool the meat.
STEP 6

To prepare the main part of the salad, wash and dry medium-sized tomatoes. Cut them into 2 parts and remove the tail. Then cut the tomatoes into slices. Place the chopped tomatoes in the prepared salad bowl.

Add the cooled meat to the tomatoes.
STEP 8

Open a small jar of corn and drain the liquid. Place the corn in a bowl with the salad. Also add chopped dill.
STEP 9

Drain the pickled onions and add the onions to the salad.
STEP 10

For dressing, mix ketchup and mayonnaise. Mix well.
STEP 11

Season the salad with the prepared dressing and stir. Cool the finished salad for some time in the refrigerator. Then place in a beautiful salad bowl and serve. Bon appetit!
