STEP 1

How to make a delicious homemade salad with ham, tomatoes, croutons and beans? Very simple. First, prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can replace and supplement the ingredients indicated in the recipe to your taste. For example, add sweet bell peppers, Chinese cabbage, etc. You can take wheat or rye crackers, store-bought ones with various additives, or make them yourself. I have rye crackers with sour cream flavor

Drain canned corn and beans. It is better to rinse and dry the beans additionally.
STEP 3

Cut the tomatoes into slices. Choose dense tomatoes. Soft fruits do not hold their shape well; during the process of cutting and mixing, they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish. If the tomatoes are very watery, it is better to remove the center with the seeds, leaving the pulp so that the salad does not turn out too wet.
STEP 4

Cut the ham into strips. Take the ham that you like to taste. You can replace the ham with smoked pork neck, ham or carbonate.

Also cut the cucumbers into strips. The skin, if it is not rough, damaged or bitter, does not need to be cut off.
