Why not make a holiday salad just for dinner? I wanted to cook something beautiful and satisfying. The choice fell on a salad with chicken, corn, carrots and eggs in layers. I decided not to boil the chicken, but to steam it in a slow cooker; it turned out that it was very easy and did not require constant monitoring. Carrots were also cooked along with the chicken fillet. I replaced the hard cheese with processed cheese; it grated just fine. When assembling the salad, I placed the glass on the bottom, because the top is wide. For convenience, I put the mayonnaise in a bag and cut off the tip. It turned out very bright and beautiful! The salad is tasty, filling, a little sweet. Kiwi goes very well with all the ingredients. I recommend this recipe for holidays and just like that!
