Salad Tenderness with cheese

STEP 1
How to make Tenderness salad with cheese? Prepare your food. Pre-boil the eggs, cool and peel them. Peel the onion as well. Choose natural cheese, without vegetable additives, so that it is tasty, not too spicy and salty. Sweet apples are better suited.
STEP 2
Separate one yolk at once, we will need it for decoration. I always make two servings of this salad, so I have two yolks.
STEP 3
Grate the eggs on a coarse grater.
STEP 4
Place the eggs in the first layer in the salad bowl. Gently coat them with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
STEP 5
Cut the onion into small cubes, the smaller the better.
STEP 6
Sprinkle a small amount of onion in the next layer. Sprinkle the onion with a little sugar.
STEP 7
Cut the apples into quarters, remove the core and seeds. Remove the skin from the slices. Grate the apples on a coarse grater.
STEP 8
Place the apples in the next layer. Brush the apples with a thin layer of sour cream.
STEP 9
Grate the cheese too, but on a medium grater, then its layer will be airy and tender.
STEP 10
Lay out the cheese, grease it with a small amount of mayonnaise. Then you can finish the salad or repeat the entire sequence of layers one more time. I always repeat.
STEP 11
Sprinkle the top of the salad with finely grated yolk. You can also decorate with greenery. Put the finished salad in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, it will then become juicier. Then serve. Bon appetit!
