STEP 1

How to make a salad with shrimp, egg and cucumber? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Remove the shrimp from the freezer just before cooking. It is better to take cheese with a not pronounced taste.
STEP 2

Boil the eggs hard. How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Peel the cooled eggs and cut into small cubes. Place the prepared eggs in a deep bowl.
STEP 3

Cut hard cheese into small cubes. Not very big. Add to chopped eggs. It is better to cut the cheese rather than grate it - the salad will look prettier and neater.
STEP 4

Wash and dry fresh cucumbers. Cut into small cubes too. Add to previously prepared products.
STEP 5

Remove the frozen shrimp from the packaging and place in boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes. Drain in a colander. There is no need to cook the shrimp any longer - they will become rubbery. Peel the cooled shrimp - tear off the tails, head and remove the shell. If the shrimp are large, you can cut them in half. Place in bowl with salad.
STEP 6

Add salt to taste, mayonnaise, mix. The salad is ready, you can serve it. Bon appetit!
