STEP 1
How to make roast pork and potatoes in a slow cooker? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. It’s better to choose meat with layers, I have the neck part.
STEP 2
Wash the meat in running water, dry with paper towels and cut into pieces.
STEP 3
Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Wash the carrots with a brush under running water, peel, rinse and cut into rings. If desired, you can change the cutting method.
STEP 4
Turn on the Baking or Frying mode in the multicooker. Pour oil and place meat in a bowl. Fry, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes.
STEP 5
Then add the onions and carrots and cook for about 10 minutes more.
STEP 6
Wash the potatoes under running water with a brush, peel, rinse and cut into cubes.
STEP 7
Add tomato paste and spices to the fried meat. Mix everything well.
STEP 8
Next, place the potatoes in the slow cooker and add water. I poured it so that it slightly covered the potatoes. Now turn on the Stewing mode and leave our dish for about 1 hour. You can also cook in the Baking mode. Cooking times and modes are indicated approximately; be guided by the operating features of your multicooker.
STEP 9
We got such delicious potatoes and meat. Place the stewed pork with potatoes and vegetables in a slow cooker on plates, garnish with herbs if desired and serve. Bon appetit!
