Potatoes with meat in a slow cooker always turn out very tasty! Therefore, when I saw on the website a recipe for roast pork and potatoes in a slow cooker, I started cooking without hesitation. I did everything according to the recipe. The meat was cut into medium pieces and fried in the “Fry” mode. Then I added onions and carrots. After 10 minutes, put tomato paste, bay leaf and salt into the multicooker bowl and stirred. I also added chopped potatoes and hot water until it completely covered the contents of the bowl. I set the multicooker to “Stew” mode and cooked the potatoes and meat in this mode for one hour. The potatoes turned out tasty and juicy. A big plus is the large amount of sauce - rich, aromatic, with a tomato note. Delicious! Thanks a lot!
