Step-by-step preparation

Let's prepare the products we need.

Cut the onion into small cubes.

Three carrots on a coarse grater.

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and turn on the “Baking” mode for 20 minutes. Add onion and fry for 5 minutes.

Add the meat, cut into medium pieces, to the onion and fry everything together for another 10 minutes.

Next add carrots.

And green beans. Fry everything together until the end of the mode.

Next, add the rice, washed several times, to the vegetables and meat, add hot water, salt and pepper to taste. Mix carefully and set the “Stew” mode for 50 minutes. Cook with the lid closed.

Of all the foods I've ever cooked in the slow cooker, my favorite is rice. Therefore, I chose the recipe for rice with meat and vegetables in a slow cooker for dinner without hesitation.
