    Add washed rice to the pan with the vegetables. Add salt, ground black pepper, turmeric, and other spices if desired, but keep in mind that soy sauce will be added so as not to oversalt the dish. Place the garlic in the frying pan. Fill the contents of the frying pan with water so that it covers everything a couple of centimeters above. Let the broth boil and reduce the heat to low. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the vegetables and rice for about 20 minutes.

I recently discovered a new way to cook rice in a frying pan with onions and carrots. I really enjoyed it. To be honest, I don’t want to cook in a saucepan anymore, I’m really hooked. I especially like it with the addition of garlic, to the delight of my husband. This time I tried it with onions and carrots. My carrots were larger than average, so I took half. The onion has almost dissolved. It turned out incredibly tasty and aromatic. A huge advantage of this dish is the perfect combination of rice, vegetables and spices and a very attractive, appetizing appearance. The rice turns out perfect, grain after rice.
