But it turns out that there are a large number of culinary recipes for kvass from a wide variety of foods. I decided to experiment a little and prepare some kind of unusual kvass. I found the most interesting red kvass made from raw beets. I can say that the kvass turned out to be quite tasty. Now I will tell you how to prepare this drink.

I tried this kvass in the Kirov region, they also make okroshka there, the taste is very decent, I liked it. They even ferment beets there, store them and then use them everywhere.
