Chicken with red beans is a dish that is perfect for dinner. I boiled the beans in advance until almost done. From the chicken, I took the thigh fillet, as this is the juiciest part. I fried it over high heat, it is thanks to this that the juice is clogged inside the meat (as suggested by the author of the recipe). I took the regular Druzhba processed cheese. The cheese didn't really melt, but became incredibly soft...so creamy, no sauce needed. Now I will always do this. Tasty! Nutritious beans, juicy chicken and the most delicate cheese!!! Bravo to the author!
